· Jerard and Blake Limousine automatically charges a customer’s credit card with gratuity. · All rides are billed to a customer’s credit card. Jerard and Blake Limousine accepts American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. · As directed service and hourly based service are charged at 2 hour minimum! · Gratuity will be billed with the fare. Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion. · All out of pocket charges, including tolls, parking, and airport fees and taxes will be added to your bill. · Waiting time:
· For non-airport pick-ups: a grace period of 10 minutes is given. · Once grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 15-minute increments. · Extra stops en-route are charged $10.00 for up to 10 minutes, if stop time is over 10 minutes, the appropriate vehicle waiting time charge applies. · A service charge will be applied to any changes or cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. · If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a “No show” fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer. · If a customer cannot locate the driver Jerard and Blake Limousine must be called to avoid being charged for a “No show”. · Pick up Guarantee: · Every confirmed non-airport reservation will be picked up within 15 minutes of the requested time. · For all confirmed airport reservations. The customer will be able to contact their driver within 15 minutes of their call to 1 877 298 9540. · If these guarantees are not met, Jerard and Blake Limousine will reimburse the customer for comparably priced alternate transportation. For pick up guarantee to be valid, customer must notify Jerard and Blake Limousine prior to taking alternate transportation. · If the above guarantees cannot be met due to conditions outside of the drivers control, including weather, accidents, and any other Acts of God, Jerard and Blake Limousine will do whatever is necessary to notify the customer of these conditions. · A 20% surcharge based on the fare, stop time and waiting time will be charged to all trips taking place on the following holiday: New Year’s Eve · Hourly trips are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the base for the pick up to the time it takes to return back to the base from your destination. · Taxes additional where applicable.
