Jerard & Blake Limousine requires a credit card to secure all reservations. Jerard & Blake Limousine accepts American Express, Visa and Master card.

A gratuity charge of 20% is automatically added to the final bill. Additional gratuity or cash given to the driver is at customer’s discretion.

All out of pocket expenses, including tolls, airport parking and taxes are also automatically added to the final bill.

Wait time and extra stops will incur increments to the stated transfer rate:
- waiting time rate (15 minutes grace period) - $65 an hour;
-extra stop en route will be charged at $10 with complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes; thereafter the applicable waiting time charge applies;

Additional airport charges:
-meet & greet service at baggage claim (for both domestic and international flights) is $20;
-waiting time: a 30 minutes grace period is given for clients arriving on domestic flights and 45 minutes for those arriving on international flight.

*Please note that we monitor all incoming flights, but we are not responsible for last minute flight diversions and changes.

At any hourly service, charges begin at the scheduled pick up time or when the passenger enters the vehicle, whichever is first, all hourly charters must be continuous, any 15 minutes over the hour will considered a half hour.

Our cancellation policy states that any reservation could be cancelled without any charges at least two hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. If cancellation is made less than two hours before the reserved time, charges may apply.

If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a “no show” fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer.

If a customer cannot locate his/her driver, he/she is expected to call 1 877 298 9540 or a full no show charge may apply.

Smoking in any of our vehicles is strictly prohibited, any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in minimum mandatory $100.00 cleaning fee.

A cleaning fee may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation or spills left in the vehicle.

Jerard & Blake Limousine is not responsible for any property left in the car. However, we will try our best to help you find any property left behind.

Jerard & Blake Limousine has the right to use any of its affiliates, contract or subcontract any reservation.

Jerard & Blake Limousine will honestly and sincerely maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed and liable for delays/service interruptions or damages caused by acts of God, strikes riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.
